OUR HOUSES
SidLife manage two lovely houses in Sidmouth which provide safe and secure living for older people. This unique arrangement enables residents to maintain their own independence, knowing they have support from a team of professional, friendly and caring staff, if needed.
Both our houses offer a variety of accommodation in a friendly environment, for a monthly inclusive rent. We provide a delicious range of home-cooked meals, that suit dietary needs, using local produce where possible, and tenants can dine socially or take meals to their rooms. The communal spaces are available for socialising, companionship and activities, which residents can enjoy as much as they wish.
CULVER HOUSE

Culver is an attractive, modern house with 16 one-bedroom ensuite apartments. At the back of the house there is an attractive, sunny, south-facing garden room which overlooks our pleasant grounds and an inviting summer house where you can relax.
The house is located just a 5 minute level walk away from the town, giving easy access to Sidmouth's local shops, amenities and seafront.
COTMATON HOUSE
Cotmaton Road, Sidmouth, Devon, EX10 8QT
Cotmaton is a beautiful house with a variety of ensuite accommodation, sitting in well-maintained tranquil and peaceful grounds. We have four studio rooms and five spacious flats, all of which are ensuite within the main house.
At the front of the house there is a separate two-bedroom bungalow, one courtyard apartment, and a further five modern bungalow apartments all within the grounds.
The house is central to town, only a 10-15 minute walk to the seafront and main town bus stops.
